Tactical Patrol Officer PVC Patch

Designed to acknowledge first responders (patrolmen and patrolwomen) who possess elevated training in tactics, weapons, breaching, and ballistic shields. They bridge the gap between the normal training that patrol officers receive, and the extensive training that SWAT officers receive. Tactical Patrol Officers bring the ability to immediately begin to hunt down and engage active killers, or contain a situation with greater safety until the arrival of specialists (SWAT/negotiators).
