This premium rosewood plaque is engraved with the SWAT Medic insignia and will be customized with your message and the recipient's information. It has a floating clear pane on a natural rosewood color base with a high shine piano finish, and measures 10.5" x 13" edge to edge. It is perfect for special occasions like retirements, training school graduations, and other awards.

Since this is a custom piece, we will work with you directly to approve the final design of the plaque before producing it.
